Ntegrity Builders brings together two different strengths: Randy’s decades of hands-on construction experience and Patty’s leadership across design, estimating, planning, communication, and the business side of every project.
That combination shapes how we work. We look at a project from both sides — how it needs to be built and how it needs to work for the people who will live there.
Randy leads the field with an experienced eye for construction, problem-solving, and craftsmanship. Patty guides the planning, selections, estimating, communication, and coordination that keep the project moving with clarity. Together, we stay closely involved from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
We built Ntegrity Builders around a simple idea: homeowners should feel confident not only in the finished work, but in the people and process that get them there.
CO-OWNER | CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Randy’s hands-on construction experience spans decades and began long before Ntegrity Builders. Early work in his father’s furniture-refinishing shop taught him to pay attention to materials, details, and the difference between work that is simply finished and work that is done well.
Today, Randy leads field operations, bringing practical problem-solving, craftsmanship, and experienced judgment to each project. He works closely with trade partners, oversees on-site progress, and helps make sure the finished work reflects the plan, the client’s priorities, and the standards we expect from ourselves.
His approach is steady and straightforward: understand the problem, build it correctly, communicate clearly, and leave the homeowner with work that is meant to last.

Patty leads the planning, coordination, and client experience behind each project. Her role spans design guidance, estimating, selections, scheduling, communication, and the systems that keep everything moving from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
She helps turn ideas into a clear path forward, balancing the practical details of construction with the decisions that make a home feel personal and well considered.
Behind the scenes, Patty also oversees the business operations and creative direction that support each project, helping ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
She also brings a systems-minded approach to the business, building the processes and tools behind the scenes that help keep projects organized, decisions moving, and the client experience consistent from one phase to the next.
