Randy’s passion for craftsmanship began early, working in his father’s furniture-refinishing shop at just fifteen. There, he developed a respect for quality and a commitment to doing things right — lessons that have shaped every project since. He later worked alongside his brother learning before transitioning fully into construction and remodeling, where he refined his expertise across all phases of building.
With decades of hands-on experience, Randy oversees field operations from start to finish — coordinating with subcontractors, managing on-site progress, and ensuring that every detail aligns with Ntegrity’s exacting standards.
